Job Title:

Inside Sales / Business Development Executive (Inbound Leads)


Location:

In-office @ Koramangala - Bangalore, Full-time, Mon- Sat, 9:30 to 6 PM


About the Role:

We are looking for a confident, empathetic Inside Sales / Business Development Executive to handle warm inbound leads and convert them into paying clients.


This role involves speaking with people who have already shown interest in our services and guiding them with clarity, trust, and professionalism.

No cold calling. No pushy sales.


You will act as the first human point of contact for clients seeking numerology consultations, healing sessions, reports, and premium services.



Key Responsibilities


Lead Handling & Conversion

  •  Handle inbound leads from WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, website forms, ads, and CRM

  •  Understand client needs and explain services clearly (consultations, reports, packages)

  •  Recommend the right service based on the client’s concern

  •  Convert enquiries into paid bookings or purchases

  •  Follow up with warm leads in a timely and respectful manner


Client Communication

  •  Speak confidently and politely via calls, WhatsApp, and messages

  •  Address doubts, objections, and pricing questions with clarity

  •  Maintain a calm, reassuring, and solution-oriented tone

  •  Build trust and long-term client relationships


CRM & Process

  •  Update lead status, notes, and follow-ups in CRM / Google Sheets

  •  Track conversions, follow-ups, and drop-offs

  •  Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth service delivery

What We’re Looking For


Must-Have Skills

  •  1–3 years experience in inside sales / tele-sales / client conversion

  •  Strong spoken and written English (Hindi or regional language is a plus)

  •  Excellent communication and listening skills

  •  Comfortable speaking to premium clients

  •  Ability to explain services clearly without sounding scripted


Good to Have

  •  Experience in consultation-based services, wellness, coaching, astrology, numerology, or education

  •  Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs, CRMs

  •  Sales mindset with empathy (not aggressive selling)
