Inside Sales Executive

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable corporate gifting solutions.

• Prepare and share product presentations, quotations, and proposals with clients.

• Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into successful sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Coordinate with internal teams such as procurement, design, and operations to ensure timely delivery of orders.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM/software.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
