Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and driven Real Estate Inside Sales Agent to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, responsible for converting cold/warm leads into qualified appointments for our field agents. The ideal candidate has excellent phone communication skills, a high level of tenacity. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification: Call prospective leads, qualify their motivation and budget, and nurture relationships.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule site visits, property tours, and meetings for the sales team.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update client information in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking.
  • Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with prospects via phone, email, and SMS to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of projects, pricing, and availability.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales activity, conversion rates, and KPIs.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 0-3+ years in inside sales, pre-sales, or tele-sales, preferably in real estate.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive phone presence.
  • Attributes: Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of handling rejection.
  • Education: Above 12th (PUC) Pass
