Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and driven Real Estate Inside Sales Agent to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, responsible for converting cold/warm leads into qualified appointments for our field agents. The ideal candidate has excellent phone communication skills, a high level of tenacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification: Call prospective leads, qualify their motivation and budget, and nurture relationships.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule site visits, property tours, and meetings for the sales team.
- Database Management: Maintain and update client information in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking.
- Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with prospects via phone, email, and SMS to move them through the sales funnel.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of projects, pricing, and availability.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales activity, conversion rates, and KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 0-3+ years in inside sales, pre-sales, or tele-sales, preferably in real estate.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive phone presence.
- Attributes: Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of handling rejection.
- Education: Above 12th (PUC) Pass
