An online E-learning platform providing online classes for Grade 1-10 Students with 4 million users.

Looking For:

Academic Mentors aka Inside sales person who are in charge of kids' study improvement and maintains a good relationship with parents and children through WhatsApp messages and calls and get the users converted into long term leads (Inside sales)

Responsibilities:

· Make sure students attend the session, finish the homework, and assist students in reviewing their progress, skills, and achievements.

· Help students with their doubts and homework and provide the best support and get maximum satisfaction from users.

· Monitoring the study performance of the student daily

· Converting leads enrolled in short-term course to long-term course

 · Collates student study data and update parents on the week-to-week learning status of the students through Whatsapp messages and calls.

Location: Bengaluru Qualification: Any Graduate Language: English and Hindi must Age: Below 30 years

CTC: 5LPA (50% Fixed and 50% Variable) Fresher

         6LPA ( 2.5 lakhs fixed and 3.5 lakhs Variable) Experience candidates.

Note: 30% of the salary will be deducted for the first 2 months as a deposit for giving IT assets to the candidates.
