Job Description

Proactively reaching out to potential customers to promote products or services and identifying their specific needs.

Answering calls from interested customers, providing detailed product information, and converting those inquiries into sales.

Maintaining accurate and detailed logs of all calls, customer feedback, and transactions within the company’s CRM System.

Following up with previous or existing customers to build rapport and encourage repeat business.
