Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales through calls, emails, and online interactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the marketing and field sales teams to achieve sales targets.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients virtually.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
