Job Description
Contact prospective and existing clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM leads
Explain stock market products such as equity trading, derivatives, advisory services, PMS, or research subscriptions
Understand client needs and recommend suitable investment solutions
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals
Maintain accurate client data and sales activities in CRM
Achieve daily call targets, lead conversions, and monthly revenue goals
Coordinate with research, onboarding, and support teams for smooth client activation
Stay updated on market trends, products, and compliance guidelines
