About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Executive to lead franchise expansion and product sales
for Naati Ruchi. The role focuses on identifying potential franchise partners, promoting the Naati Ruchi brand,
and achieving sales targets through strong client relationships and field engagement.
This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about sales, experienced in the FMCG / food products
industry, and eager to contribute to the growth of a well-known South Indian food brand.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential franchise partners and distributors for Naati Ruchi.
• Present franchise opportunities, business models, ROI, and brand benefits.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition and product sales targets.
• Conduct client meetings, field visits, and follow-ups to close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and distributors.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and operational support.
• Maintain accurate lead databases, meeting logs, and performance reports.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities and market trends.
• Participate in exhibitions, events, and local promotional campaigns.
• Ensure post-sales and relationship support to franchise partners.
Qualifications & Skills
• PUC / Any Graduation
• 1–4 years of experience in franchise sales / field sales / business development (preferably in FMCG
/ Food & Beverage sector)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu preferred)
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel for business purposes
