Job Description
- Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – IT Products
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online inquiries
- Coordinate with prospective and existing clients to understand requirements
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities
- Prepare and share quotations for IT products and solutions
- Explain product features, pricing, and basic technical details to clients
- Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM/Excel regularly
- Coordinate with sales, technical, and procurement teams for order closure
- Handle pre-sales support and customer communication
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets
