Job Description
- Part time and full time both available
- Generating leads: Researching potential customers and clients, and using cold calls or emails to contact them
- Closing deals: Answering customer inquiries, addressing objections, and negotiating prices
- Maintaining relationships: Providing ongoing support to existing clients and upselling additional products or services
- Understanding customer needs: Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements
- Educating customers: Explaining and demonstrating the features of products or services
