🔹 Roles & Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful sales, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
• Understand customer business requirements and recommend the right product features to solve cash-flow and collections challenges
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with SMB clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM
• Provide high-quality service and support to ensure customer success

• Confident, energetic, and target-driven individuals
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Comfortable handling high call volumes and performing under pressure
• Positive attitude, good team player, and quick learner
• Passionate about helping customers succeed and growing in a fast-paced environment

🔹 Desired QualificationsMinimum

• Graduate / Undergraduate degree
• 6 Months –5 years experience
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
