Inside Sales Executive

We are looking to hire an Inside Sales Executive for our IT / Apple business based in Bangalore.

Job Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers

* Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn

* Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and proposals

* Support the sales team by scheduling meetings and demos

* Prepare and share quotations with customers

* Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for pricing, availability, and approvals

* Maintain and update CRM, pipeline, and sales reports

* Track opportunity status and ensure timely follow-ups

* Support closure of small and mid-size deals

* Work on renewals, repeat business, and upsell opportunities

* Promote Apple programs and support sales campaigns

* Assist in order processing ,delivery follow ups, payment follow ups

* Share daily and weekly activity reports

* Maintain regular communication with customers to build relationships

Additional Points for Profile Shortlisting:

* Candidates with Inside Sales / Sales Support experience preferred

* Good communication skills are important

* Willing to work on targets and regular follow-ups

* Immediate joiners or short notice period candidates preferred
