Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive to support our sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound cold calls (up to 10 calls per day), preparing and sending quotations using Excel, and drafting professional email communication with clients.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Make 10 outbound cold calls daily to potential clients for lead generation and initial engagement.
• Understand customer requirements and share relevant information about company products/services.
• Prepare sales quotations using Excel, ensuring accuracy in pricing and calculations.
• Send quotations and follow-up emails to clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain and update client records, call notes, and quotation logs.
• Coordinate with the sales team to support ongoing deals and client communication.
• Build and maintain good relationships with prospects to support future business opportunities.
• Achieve daily/weekly activity targets set by the sales team.
• Skills & Requirements:Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills (quotation preparation, basic formulas).
• Ability to write clear and professional emails.
• Strong customer-handling and follow-up abilities.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly.
• Education:Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
