🧭 Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to handle B2B sales, lead generation, and cold calling. The ideal candidate will build relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to overall sales growth.

🎯 Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Handle B2B sales inquiries and follow up on potential clients.
• Present company products and services to prospective customers.
• Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate furniture/interior solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with the marketing and design teams for proposal preparation.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain daily call reports, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

🧩 Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong experience in cold calling and lead conversion.
