Job Description
Job Role Overview:
We have an excellent opening for a Domestic Sales & Lending Process role where the responsibilities are split equally between Sales (75%) and Lending Operations (25%). This is an ideal opportunity for professionals who are looking to combine both customer sales and lending services, ensuring they provide a comprehensive solution to clients in the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales (75%):
o Make outbound calls to promote product sales, focusing on financial products within the banking lending sector.
o Drive new business development through cold calling and outbound efforts.
o Maintain and update the database/reports of prospects regularly.
o Ensure consistent follow-up with both new and existing customers, driving lead conversion.
o Assist customers in understanding product offerings and sales solutions to match their needs.
o Collaborate with the sales head for smooth handling of customer requirements and requests.
• Lending Operations (25%):
o Process and manage lending-related operations, ensuring a smooth workflow for loan origination, approval, and documentation.
o Resolve customer inquiries related to loan products and their applications.
o Assist customers through the lending process, providing them with clear and concise information.
o Support the lending team with any operational requirements, ensuring timely loan disbursement and follow-ups.
o Keep customers informed about the status of their loan applications and provide updates as necessary.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
• Education: Graduate or Postgraduate
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in telesales(Banking/NBFC) Lending Process, with a preference for candidates who have prior exposure to the Banking Lending Process.
• Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
o Ability to manage customer relationships effectively
o Understanding of banking products and lending operations
o Understanding of Banking ROI, Documents Required for loan Processing.
o Strong sales acumen and target-oriented .
