Job Description

Job Title: Academic Counselor Company: Infinity Learn

Location: Bellandur, Bangalore

Department: Sales – EdTech

 Work Schedule: 6 days/week (Monday fixed off)

 Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

 Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Inside Sales (EdTech domain preferred)

 Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA (Fixed) + ₹1 LPA (Variable)

 Education: Graduate (any stream)

 Language Proficiency: English and Hindi (Mandatory)

Device Requirement: Candidate must bring their own laptop/device

 Gender: Open to both male and female candidates


Job Overview: Infinity Learn is looking for enthusiastic and driven Academic Counselors to join our dynamic EdTech sales team. As an Academic Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students and parents through our course offerings, understanding their learning needs, and recommending suitable educational solutions. You will be instrumental in converting leads into enrollments and contributing to the company’s growth in the competitive EdTech space.


Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion:


Engage with prospective students and parents via phone, email, and video calls to convert leads into enrollments.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of Infinity Learn’s courses and services.

Consultative Sales:


Conduct detailed academic counseling sessions to understand student goals, challenges, and educational needs.

Recommend the most suitable learning programs and packages based on assessments.

Target Achievement:


Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Follow up diligently with leads and close sales through a structured and consultative approach.

Customer Relationship Management:


Build long-term relationships with students and parents to ensure satisfaction and referrals.

Provide post-sales support and resolve any queries related to courses or platforms.

Collaboration & Reporting:


Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to improve student experience.

Maintain accurate data on the CRM and prepare daily/weekly reports on performance metrics.

Key Skills & Competencies: Proven track record in inside sales, preferably in the EdTech domain

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and performance-driven

Tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms

Strong organizational and time management skills
