We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our vibrant team in JP Nagar, Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities: • Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their interior design requirements. • Explain company services, design process, and pricing to clients with clarity and confidence. • Maintain strong follow-ups with leads to ensure conversions and achieve monthly sales targets. • Coordinate with the design and operations team to ensure seamless customer onboarding. • Manage and update CRM with accurate client information and communication records. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in the Interior Design, Real Estate, or similar industry. • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred). • Age: 25 – 35 years. • Fluent in English and Kannada (spoken & written). • Gender: Male or Female. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong understanding of sales processes and client engagement.
