Job Description: Inside Sales Executive


Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to call prospective customers and arrange site visits for the properties they are interested in. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of working in real estate or edtech companies.


Key Responsibilities:


Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to understand their property requirements.

Schedule and arrange site visits for interested customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Provide detailed information about properties, including features, benefits, and pricing.

Follow up with customers after site visits to gather feedback and address any concerns.

Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and site visits in the CRM system.

Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitors to provide relevant information to customers.

Eligibility/Requirements:


Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi.

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a real estate company like Nobroker, Livspace, or edtech companies like Byjus, Unacademy, or similar roles involving arranging site visits for customers.

Skills:

Excellent sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location: Bangalore. This is a work-from-office position. (Manyata Tech Park, Hebbal)

Working Hours: 6 days per week with rotational day off.
