Admissions Guidance:

● Provide detailed information about courses, admission requirements, and

career prospects to prospective students.

Application Assistance:

● Assist applicants in completing the admission forms and ensure all required

documentation is submitted.

Interviews and Counseling:

● Conduct interviews and counseling sessions to understand the aspirations of

prospective students and guide them towards suitable programs.

Collaboration with Academic Departments:

● Work closely with academic departments to stay updated on course details,

faculty expertise, and any changes in admission criteria.

CRM Management:

● Update and maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective

students in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Collaboration:

● Coordinate with the Marketing and Admissions teams to ensure alignment in

efforts to attract and convert prospective students.

Performance Metrics:

● Meet and exceed individual and team-based admissions targets and Key

Performance Indicators (KPIs).
