Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound lead generation activities
  • Engage with potential customers through calls and messages
  • Qualify prospects and understand their property requirements
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with the field sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM
  • Provide timely updates to the sales team on prospect status
  • Ensure a positive customer experience during the initial engagement stage


Eligibility

  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada
  • Confident phone communication and customer handling skills
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to manage follow-ups and coordinate site visit appointments
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills


What We’re Looking For

  • MBA Freshers or BBA graduates with 0–2 years of experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment
  • Previous exposure to sales, customer engagement, or real estate is a plus
