Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound lead generation activities
- Engage with potential customers through calls and messages
- Qualify prospects and understand their property requirements
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the field sales team
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM
- Provide timely updates to the sales team on prospect status
- Ensure a positive customer experience during the initial engagement stage
Eligibility
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada
- Confident phone communication and customer handling skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to manage follow-ups and coordinate site visit appointments
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
What We’re Looking For
- MBA Freshers or BBA graduates with 0–2 years of experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment
- Previous exposure to sales, customer engagement, or real estate is a plus
