Job Description

The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, managing customer inquiries, supporting field sales teams, and driving revenue through telecalling, email campaigns, and online channels. The role involves building customer relationships, understanding requirements, and converting leads into business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and online platforms
  • Qualify incoming leads and assign to field sales if required
  • Maintain and update customer database and CRM

Customer Interaction

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Explain products/services to customers and share quotations
  • Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and pending orders

Sales Conversion

  • Convert leads into confirmed business orders
  • Support monthly and quarterly sales target achievement
  • Upsell and cross-sell company products/services

Coordination

  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for order processing
  • Track order status and update customers regularly

Reporting

  • Maintain daily call reports and sales activity reports
  • Track lead status and sales funnel


Required Skills & Qualifications·      


·      Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

·      1–3 years of inside sales / telesales / customer support experience

·      Good communication and negotiation skills

·      Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication

·      Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment
