Inside Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and online platforms.

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and respond to customer inquiries.

• Explain company products/services to customers and share quotations.

• Qualify incoming leads and assign them to field sales if required.

• Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and pending orders to ensure conversion.

• Convert leads into confirmed business orders and support sales growth.

• Upsell and cross-sell company products/services where possible.

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order processing.

• Track order status and provide regular updates to customers.

• Maintain and update customer database and CRM records.

• Prepare daily call reports, sales activity reports, and track lead status in the sales funnel.

• Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications·      

·      Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

·       1–3 years of inside sales / telesales / customer support experience (preferably from the printing, packaging, signage, advertising, or gifting industry)

·      Good communication and negotiation skills

·      Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication

·      Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment
