🧾 Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, explain premium countertop solutions, and close deals while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• 📞 Handle inbound & outbound telecalling for sales enquiries
• 🪨 Explain quartz & granite countertop solutions, pricing & customization
• 🎯 Achieve assigned sales targets
• 🤝 Support B2B & B2C sales activities
• 🗣️ Convince and convert leads into confirmed orders
• 📧 Draft and send sales emails & quotations
• 🖥️ Maintain customer and sales data using basic computer tools
• 🔄 Coordinate with field sales & operations teams
• 😊 Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle
• 🎓 Eligibility Criteria🎂 Age: 25 – 35 years
• 👩 Gender: Female
• 🎓 Education: 12th Pass
• 🗣️ English: Basic English (Speaking required)
• 💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year (Inside Sales / Telecalling preferred)
• 🕘 Shift: Day Shift (9:00am-6:00pm)
