Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospective customers, closing sales, and maintaining strong client relationships through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion ability, and a strong customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine sales potential
- Present products/services to prospective clients via phone or online meetings
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate customer information
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing relationships with clients
- Coordinate with the marketing and field sales teams for lead nurturing
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales / tele sales / business development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2C sales
- Familiarity with sales automation tools
- Prior experience in Ed tech companies
