Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor located in Bengaluru. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing student counseling, career counseling, and academic advising. Day-to-day tasks include understanding and addressing student concerns, developing personalized academic plans, and enhancing overall student educational experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising
• Strong Communication skills in Hindi and English
• Background in Education
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse student populations
• Ability to effectively manage and resolve conflicts
• Prior experience in an academic or educational setting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
