Job Description

  • Prospecting and lead generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach like outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Sales and negotiation: Promote subscription services by clearly articulating their value, overcoming objections, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, and analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Administrative tasks: Update customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and prepare and present sales forecasts and reports.
  • Customer support: Provide post-sale support and address customer inquiries or issues to ensure a positive experience.
