Job Description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate who will play a key role in driving revenue growth by reaching out to potential customers, nurturing leads, and converting them into successful users of our platform. The ideal candidate is a motivated and goal-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to build a career in sales.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Make outbound calls to both cold and warm leads to drive conversions.
  • Generate new business and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Report and present sales progress, insights, and updates regularly.
  • Manage email and telephonic communication with potential clients.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Goodscore’s products, market trends, and competitors.
  • Build rapport and foster long-term customer relationships.


Key Skills & Requirements

  • 0–2 years of sales or account management experience. Freshers with a passion for sales and customer engagement are welcome.
  • Prior experience in inside sales or telesales is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools or lead management systems.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi is a must; fluency in any local language is preferred.
  • Proven ability (or strong potential) to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and grow in a sales career.
