Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive client acquisition strategy in assigned verticals and regions

• Generate new business opportunities through direct prospecting, networking, and lead follow-up

• Engage with CXO-level stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads) to position TechCiti’s value proposition

• Build custom solution pitches in collaboration with the presales and solution teams

• Lead RFP/RFQ responses, pricing proposals, and MoU/work order documentation

• Maintain strong pipeline visibility and reporting using Zoho CRM or similar platforms

• Coordinate with delivery, finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless handovers and post-sales satisfaction

• Meet monthly/quarterly revenue and acquisition targets



✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

8–10 years of proven success in IT/B2B enterprise sales or client acquisition roles Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), cybersecurity, or AV/GRC solutions Ability to lead consultative selling processes and navigate long enterprise sales cycles Excellent communication, client relationship management, and negotiation skills Proficient in using CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members Bachelor’s degree in engineering / IT / Business (MBA preferred)
