Weโ€™re looking for a hands-on Cluster Sales Manager โ€“ Inside Sales to manage a small pod of inside sales executives and drive daily execution, discipline, and revenue ๐Ÿ“ˆ.

This role is ideal for a Senior Inside Sales Executive / Team Lead who enjoys being on the floor, coaching reps, tracking numbers, and closing dealsโ€”not just reporting ๐ŸŽง๐Ÿ“Š๐Ÿค.


๐ŸŽฏ What Youโ€™ll Own

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Manage 7-8 TLs and team of 6โ€“10 Inside Sales Executives

๐Ÿ’ฐ Own monthly revenue targets for your cluster

๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Run daily stand-ups, pipeline reviews, and follow-ups

๐Ÿ“ž Track calls, conversions, closures, and rep productivity

๐ŸŽง Coach reps through call reviews, objection handling, and closing

๐Ÿงน Ensure 100% CRM hygiene (calls, follow-ups, notes, pipeline stages)

๐Ÿšจ Handle first-level customer escalations and stuck deals

๐Ÿš€ Support onboarding and ramp-up of new sales reps


๐Ÿง  What Weโ€™re Looking For

๐Ÿ“Œ Experience

โณ 3โ€“6 years in inside sales / telesales

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Have managed 7-8 TLs

โญ 1โ€“2 years as a Senior Sales Exec / Team Lead

๐Ÿข Experience selling to SMEs / B2B customers preferred


๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Skills

๐ŸŽฏ Strong closing and follow-up discipline

โฑ๏ธ Comfortable with daily targets and pressure

๐Ÿ‘Š Hands-on, floor-driven leadership style

๐Ÿ’ป Working knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared, Salesforce, etc.)
