Job Description
Responsibilities:
1.Source and onboard trainers from various platforms, ensuring all necessary documents, including NDAs are signed and properly filed.
2.Finalize trainer batches for online training sessions, oversee the process and gather participant feedback at the end.
3.Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate sales databases.
4.Identify and implement strategies to streamline sales operations, increase efficiency, and resolve any operational issues by coordinating with different departments.
5.Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to sales orders ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Excellent English communication skills is required.
Work Location: Bangalore
Work Timings: 6:00pm to 3:00am (Monday to Friday, Work from Office).
