Shift Details:

• Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM

• 9 Hours Working Shift

• Rotational Week Off

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months experience in Insurance background (Mandatory)

• Excellent English communication skills

• Good command over English + Regional Language (Kannada / Tamil / Telugu / Hindi / Malayalam)

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Strong convincing and customer handling skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handling customer queries related to insurance products

• Explaining policy benefits, coverage, renewals, and upgrades

• Assisting customers with policy purchase and documentation

• Maintaining quality standards and achieving targets

• Ensuring high customer satisfaction

Salary & Benefits:

• Take Home: upto 20000 to 30000 per month

• Incentives: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month (Performance-based)
