Job Description

Position Overview: Wzatco Projectors is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for our Yelahanka location. The role involves handling B2B leads from IndiaMart, sharing product and pricing details with dealers, and maintaining a dealer database. This position focuses on building dealer relationships and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Management:

  • Generate and follow up on B2B leads from IndiaMart.
  • Reach out to potential dealers and introduce products.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into active dealers.

Pricing and Product Information:

  • Share product details and pricing with dealers.
  • Send tailored price proposals based on order size.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales.

Dealer Database Management:

  • Maintain and update dealer contact and order information.
  • Use CRM tools to track communication and follow-ups.
  • Monitor dealer activity and report trends.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build strong relationships with existing dealers.
  • Follow up regularly to encourage repeat orders.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve issues.

Sales Reporting:

  • Track sales conversions and dealer feedback.
  • Share regular sales reports with management.

Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Work with marketing to attract new dealers.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing (preferred).
  • 1–2 years in inside sales or B2B sales.
  • Experience with IndiaMart or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • CRM tool experience is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and target-focused.
