Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to sell insurance investment plans.

-Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

-Explain the features and benefits of the insurance plans clearly and convincingly.

-Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

-Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

-Follow up with potential customers and ensure timely closure of sales.

-Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.

-Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively serve customers.

-Qualifications and Skills:

-Proficient in Kannada and English, both spoken and written.

-Strong sales and negotiation skills.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
