Inside Sales Representative-International Process

Job Description:

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to handle international sales operations for UAE, USA, Philippines, and Singapore markets.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in international inside sales or customer-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls for international clients
• Generate and qualify leads for UAE, USA, Philippines, and Singapore regions
• Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant products/services
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales opportunities
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales trackers
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order closure
• Meet monthly sales targets and performance metrics

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience in international inside sales or B2B/B2C sales
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work across different time zones and shifts
• Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

• Experience & Qualification:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in inside sales / international sales
• Graduate in any discipline

UAE Shift Timings : 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM

USA Shift Timings : 9:00 PM to 6: 00 AM (Only male candidates for Night shift)

Philippians & Singapore shift timings : 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
