Inside Sales Specialist

Experience: Minimum 1 year in inside sales or telesales

Languages: Fluent in English & Kannada (spoken & written)

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with inbound leads and proactively make outbound calls/emails to qualified prospects 
• Manage the full sales cycle: qualify, demo, negotiate, and close deals independently 
• Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in CRM
• Meet assigned weekly/monthly sales targets and report progress regularly
• Gather customer feedback and share market insights to refine sales approach

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of inside sales or telesales experience
• Bilingual: English + Kannada fluency essential; additional language skills a plus 
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and time-management skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently (as an individual contributor)
