Job Description
Are you a closer? Business Tabloid is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our global events division. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role where you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle—from finding the right C-suite leaders to closing high-ticket deals for our international business conferences and awards.
We don't want "order takers"; we want Revenue Hunters who can talk to CEOs and convince them to invest in our premium platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sales: Own your leads from prospecting to closing. No hand-holding.
- C-Suite Outreach: Connect with international Directors, CEOs, and CMOs via cold calling and LinkedIn.
- Ticket Sales: Sell high-value delegate passes and sponsorship packages for global awards.
- Target Driven: Consistently hit and exceed monthly revenue targets to earn massive commissions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean CRM and follow up relentlessly.
Requirements (Skills & Attitude)
- The "Closer" DNA: You must have experience selling high-ticket items (B2B/Media/Events).
- Flawless English: You will be speaking to global leaders. Your communication must be top-tier.
- Persistence: You don’t get demotivated by "No." You find a way to get to "Yes."
- Research Skills: Ability to find the right decision-makers in any industry.
- Self-Starter: You treat your sales targets like your own business.
