We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our admissions team. As a key part of the student enrollment process, you will engage with potential learners, understand their needs, and guide them towards enrolling in our certification and diploma programs. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for education, strong communication skills, and a knack for consultative sales. Key Responsibilities are as below;

• Reach out to potential leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms to explain program details and benefits
• Conduct consultations and understand individual learning and career goals to recommend suitable BIA programs
• Maintain follow-ups with prospective students through the enrollment funnel
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets for enrollments and revenue
• Manage CRM systems to track and update lead status, communications, and conversions
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive learner experience from inquiry to enrollment
• Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, academic counseling, or customer support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency is a must)
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people
• Prior experience in EdTech or education sales is preferred
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office applications
