Role Overview


We are looking for energetic, persuasive, and target-driven Inside Sales Specialists (BDEs) who can effectively guide prospective learners in choosing the right career programs. In this role, you will connect with potential students, understand their career aspirations, provide program counseling, and convert leads into successful enrollments.


This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy sales, communication, and helping people build their careers while achieving rewarding incentives.


Key Responsibilities


Counsel and guide prospective learners on career-oriented programs


Understand student goals and recommend the most suitable courses


Convert qualified leads into enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups


Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets


Maintain accurate CRM records and structured follow-up processes


Key Requirements


Strong English communication skills (Mandatory)


Proficiency in at least one regional language: Tamil / Telugu / Hindi / Kannada


Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality


Prior sales or student counseling experience is preferred


Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply


Compensation & Incentives


Fixed Salary: ₹3.5 – ₹4 LPA (based on experience)


Performance Incentives: Earn ₹6,500 – ₹10,000 per successful enrollment (per unit)


Incentives are processed immediately once the student completes the enrollment process, allowing you to earn quickly based on your performance


Annual Retention Bonus: ₹1,00,000
