About the Role


ByAndLarge is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to expand our client base and strengthen relationships across industries. This role requires someone who thrives on building connections, understands corporate gifting needs, and can present creative solutions with confidence.


Key Responsibilities -


Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate sectors.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, outreach, and market research.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects to understand their gifting and branding requirements.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Understand client needs and translate them into customized gifting solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and seamless execution.

Sales Execution & Reporting

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain updated records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports.

Market & Product Awareness

  • Stay updated on gifting trends, corporate procurement patterns, and new product offerings.
  • Provide feedback to the product and creative teams for continuous improvement.
