Job Summary:

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for converting prospect leads into confirmed bookings by engaging potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. You will develop relationships, understand customer needs, and present solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Booking conversion through calls and chat.

• Categorize the lead into hot/warm/cold based on customer response.

• Convince and create urgency for getting the on-call bookings.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Utilize CRM software to manage sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in inside sales or a related field.

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
