Installation Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Technical Executive and Support Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience, from installation to ongoing support for their home theater systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and install home theater systems at customer locations with precision and care.
• Visit customer sites to take accurate measurements of the room and assess the space for home theater installation.
• Safely handle packing and unpacking of products at the showroom and customer locations.
• Provide technical assistance to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Assist with showroom operations, including product demonstrations.

Requirements:

• Basic technical knowledge of home theater systems, audio-visual equipment, and electronics.
• Experience in installation or technical support is a plus, but freshers with a technical background are welcome.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations across Bangalore.
• Physically fit to handle tasks like lifting, packing, and installation.
• A diploma or certification in electronics or a related field is preferred.
