Job Description
- Installation & Setup: Physically install and integrate AV hardware (projectors, mics, speakers, screens, racks).
- Configuration & Calibration: Configure control systems and calibrate equipment for optimal performance.
- Cable Management: Run, terminate, and manage complex cabling (audio, video, data).
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and fix technical issues during setup and operation, and perform routine upkeep.
- Project Management: Oversee project execution, manage timelines, and ensure quality standards.
- Customer Support: Train clients/staff on system usage and provide expert technical advice.
- Documentation: Create and maintain system diagrams, user guides, and inventory records.
