Insurance Agent/Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets for life insurance products.

Channel Management: Working with HDFC Life's distribution channels, such as bank partners, individual agents, or direct sales.

Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions.

Product Knowledge: Developing a thorough understanding of HDFC Life's insurance products and being able to explain them effectively to customers.

Lead Generation and Conversion: Generating leads and converting them into sales opportunities.

Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.

Compliance: Ensuring all sales activities are conducted in compliance with HDFC Life's policies and regulatory requirements.
