Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals for Insurance Field Sales who can identify potential clients, build strong relationships, and promote Life, Health, and General Insurance products. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring policy renewals and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and campaigns.

Promote and sell Life, Health, and General Insurance products based on customer needs.

Conduct meetings with clients to explain product features, premium, and benefits.

Maintain good relationships with existing policyholders for renewals and cross-selling.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.

Coordinate with branch staff, underwriters, and operations teams for smooth policy issuance.

Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal company policies.

Submit daily reports and updates on sales performance.
