Job Description

Roles and

Responsibilities:

·      Handle Branch Walk-in

& Pitching Customer for Pitching New customer for Insurance Department

·      Lead Generation for

cross sell product at Branch and ensure the conversion.

·       Coordinate with

different Branch staff & managers for closure.

·       Supervising

day-to-day operations in the customer service department. Cross Sell

Insurance Manage a team of Bancassurance professionals to achieve Basic Numbers

through cross-selling life insurance products to bank customers.

·      Develop and execute

strategies for increasing sales revenue from BFSI channels, including Customer

relationships.

·      Identify new business

opportunities and build strong relationships with key decision-makers at

partner banks.

·      Analyze market trends,

competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy development.

·      Ensure compliance with

regulatory requirements and internal policies related to bancassurance

operations.

Job Requirements:

·      Any Graduates with Zeal

to Build Career at BFSI industry or Any female looking to Restart career after

Gap with Strong understanding of the BFSI industry, particularly in life

insurance products &

·      Proven track record of

achieving high levels of success in a fast-paced environment.
