Insurance Sales / BD Manager

• Job Summary
• We are looking for a Relationship Manager – SME Segment with 2–3 years of experience in insurance broking / sales. The role involves lead generation through calling, client meetings, and relationship management for small and medium enterprises.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation from SMEs, startups, and business ownersGenerate leads for:

Group Health (GMC, GPA)Fire, Liability, Cyber, Office Package InsuranceFix appointments for meetings

Client Meetings (Field Work)

Visit 2–3 clients daily (SMEs / offices)Understand client requirements and suggest suitable insurance solutionsPresent proposals and close deals

Relationship Management

Handle end-to-end client servicingFollow up for quotations, negotiations, and closuresManage renewals and cross-selling opportunitiesBuild long-term relationships with SME clients

Coordination & ReportingCoordinate with insurers for quotes and policy issuanceMaintain CRM / Excel records of leads and clientsShare daily activity and performance reports

Requirements

2–3 years experience in:Insurance broking / general insurance ORSME / corporate salesGood communication & presentation skillsComfortable with both telecalling + field visits

Key SkillsSales & negotiation skillsRelationship buildingSelf-driven and target-orientedAbility to handle corporate clients

Additional Requirement

Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
