Insurance Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Sales: Drive sales and business development within Bangalore.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term rapport with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Premium Collection: Proactively follow up with existing customers to ensure timely premium payments and policy persistence.
• Field Operations: Conduct daily on-site visits and meetings (100% field-based role).

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years of mandatory insurance sales experience.
• Language: Fluency in Hindi is mandatory to communicate effectively with personnel from various regions.
• Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for daily travel.
• Mindset: A strong hunger for growth and a result-oriented approach to hitting targets.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: upto ₹30,000 per month.
• Fuel Allowance: ₹5,000 fixed reimbursement.
• Incentives: Uncapped, heavy performance-linked bonuses based on sales targets.

📍Location: Bangalore (Ejipura + RT Nagar) (On-site/Field).
