Job Description
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to promote insurance products (life, health, general, etc.).
- Understand client needs and suggest customized insurance plans.
- Maintain knowledge of all company products and services.
- Follow up with leads and close sales effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to upsell or cross-sell products.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activity and client information.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
