Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell health insurance policies
- Clearly explain policy benefits, coverage details, exclusions, and claims process
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans
- Convert qualified leads into successful policy sales through effective persuasion
- Perform rigorous follow-ups and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Ensure closure of sales with a target-driven mindset
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Assist customers with documentation, onboarding, and policy issuance process
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with sales processes
