Location: Bangalore

Working Days: 6 days a week

Week Off: Fixed Sunday

Salary: ₹19,500 (In-hand)

CTC: ₹23,000

About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
• Explain products or services clearly and convincingly.
• Convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs.
• Maintain records of calls and sales in the CRM system.
• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team.
• Provide excellent customer experience throughout the interaction.
• Requirements:Minimum 6 months–1 year of telesales or customer service experience (freshers can also apply if communication is strong).
• Good communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to update CRM entries.
• Must be comfortable working 6 days a week.
