Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential customers and explain educational loan products and benefits.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively to generate sales.

• Achieve monthly targets and maintain call quality.

• Update daily call and lead reports in Excel or CRM tools.

• Ensure excellent customer experience during every interaction. Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in insurance telesales or inside sales.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and regional language.

• Laptop and stable internet connection are mandatory.

• Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated.
